A 6" x 9" notepad gives you a full, roomy writing page without the bulk of a letter-size pad. There's space for your logo and contact details at the top and plenty of room below for notes, forms, checklists and branded handouts. Every pad is printed in full color on every sheet with your logo, colors and contact details. You can order as few as 24 pads, choose 25 or 50 sheets per pad, and get free design help and a free proof before anything prints. It's one of our 34 standard notepad sizes.

- Paper Stock: 50 lb. (Standard), 60 lb. (Better) or 70 lb. (Premium). The heavier sheets feel thicker in the hand.
- Backside Printing: print on the back of each sheet as well, for a map, a checklist, a coupon or your contact details. It needs 60 lb. paper or heavier.
- Custom Printed Top Sheet: make the first sheet of every pad different from the rest, for a welcome message, instructions or a cover design.
- Artwork Bleed: lets your colors and images run right to the edge of the sheet.

Frequently Asked Questions About 6" x 9" Notepads
What size is a 6x9 notepad, and what are the standard notepad sizes?
A 6x9 notepad is 6″ wide by 9″ tall. The most common notepad sizes are 3″ × 3″, 4″ × 6″, 5″ × 7″, 5″ × 8″, 5.5″ × 8.5″ (half letter), 6″ × 9″ and 8.5″ × 11″ (letter). A 9x6 notepad is the same size turned sideways; ours is printed in portrait, so call 888-268-7237 if you want a landscape layout. We print 34 standard notepad sizes, and we make custom sizes too.
What are large notepads called?
Large notepads are usually called desk pads, writing pads or memo pads. A 6x9 pad sits in the middle: roomy enough for real notes and forms, but smaller than a letter-size pad. If you need something really big, see our 17″ × 11″ custom notepads.
Is a 6x9 notepad the same as a 6x9 notebook?
No. This is a glued (padded) notepad: the sheets are held together by a flexible glue along one edge and tear off cleanly, one at a time. A notebook keeps its pages bound together. How many pages should a notepad have?
You choose 25 or 50 sheets per pad in the price calculator. 25 sheets suits conference handouts, welcome kits and leave-behinds. 50 sheets lasts longer on a desk or counter where the pad gets used every day.
What is the minimum order, and can I order more than 1,000 pads?
The minimum is 24 pads, the smallest quantity in the price calculator. The calculator goes up to 1,000 pads. For more than 1,000 pads, call 888-268-7237 or request a quote online. There are no setup or artwork fees, and up to 3 digital proofs are free.
How long do 6x9 notepads take, and can I rush them?
Standard production is 8–10 business days after proof approval, plus shipping time. If you need it sooner, choose the 5-business-day rush option in the price calculator, and rush shipping is available at checkout. We send your digital proof within 1 business day of receiving your artwork.
What paper can I choose, and can you print the back?
The price calculator offers 50 lb. (Standard), 60 lb. (Better) and 70 lb. (Premium) paper. Backside printing prints on the back of every sheet as well, and it needs 60 lb. paper or heavier. You can also add a custom printed top sheet, a first sheet with a different design from the rest of the pad. Ask us about a printed backer if you want your brand on the back of the pad too.
