Standard production takes 8–10 business days after proof approval. Expedited 5 business day production is also available. Production time does not include shipping. UPS Ground delivery typically adds 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Yes. Our in-house design team provides free layout assistance for every order. Simply upload your logo and we will build a print-ready design at no additional charge. You will receive a digital PDF proof for approval before we print.

Yes. We never print without your approval. A digital PDF proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. You may request up to 3 free proofs per item. Production does not begin until you have reviewed and approved the design.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel at no charge before or after a proof is supplied, as long as you have not yet approved the proof. Cancellations after proof approval incur a $28.50 fee.
