A 3" x 9" notepad is a long list pad: 3 inches across and 9 inches tall, three times as long as it is wide. That's the longest strip in our 3-inch family, with room for a logo up top and a long column of lines, checkboxes or form fields below. Every sheet carries your design in full color.

Why Pick a Long Notepad?

Length is the point. A tall, slim sheet lets a list run top to bottom without crowding, so a to-do list, a packing list or a call log fits on one page instead of two. Because it's only 3 inches wide, it also stands up in a pen cup, sits beside a keyboard or slips into a kitchen drawer without taking over the counter.

For businesses, a long sheet gives the logo a header band that stays visible all day. Your name, phone number and website ride along on every page somebody tears off and carries out the door.

To-Do List Long Notepads

A to-do list long notepad is a natural use for this size. Print a "To Do" heading under your logo, then 15 to 20 checkboxes down the sheet. Space for a date line at the top or a short notes box at the bottom is easy to add. • Trim size: 3" × 9" (about 7.6 × 22.9 cm), portrait.
• Ink: four-color process on the front; the back can be printed too.
• Sheets: 50 lb. bright white text by default, with 60 lb. and 70 lb. upgrades.
• Backing: standard chipboard under every pad.
• Pad thickness: 25 or 50 sheets.
• Order range: 8 to 5,000 pads in the calculator.
• Production: 8–10 business days, or 5 with rush, after proof approval; shipping is extra.

• Page Count Per Pad: 25 sheets for a slim pad, 50 for a thicker one.
• Backside Printing: adds a design on the reverse; requires 60 lb. or heavier paper.
• Paper Stock: 50 lb. (Standard), 60 lb. (Better) or 70 lb. (Premium).
• Artwork Bleed: lets background color run to the trim, like the tree band on the Evergreen pad. Without it, a 1/8" white margin frames the sheet.
• Notepad Magnet: No, or Yes (Not Attached). Ask us what's included before you pick it.

4. Look over the emailed proof; we'll revise it up to 3 times free.
5. Approve it, and production starts.
