Our 5.25" x 8.5" notepad is a mid-size pad: tall, a little narrower than a half sheet of letter paper, and glued along the top edge. It's big enough for a real list or a page of notes and still small enough to keep on a crowded desk. Your logo and layout print in full color on every sheet.

This size is set up for larger runs, from 250 to 10,000 pads, with 25 or 50 sheets each. Layout work by our designer is free, proofs go out in 1 business day, and setup costs nothing. Compare it with the rest of our 34 standard notepad sizes if you're still choosing.

Why a Mid-Size Notepad Works

Small pads run out of room fast, and full-page pads can feel like too much for a quick list. A mid-size sheet lands in between. There's space for a header with your logo, a few fields, and a dozen or more lines, yet the pad fits beside a keyboard, in a drawer or on a nightstand.

The slim 5.25-inch width also makes it a comfortable size to hold in one hand while writing standing up, at a reception desk, a job site or a trade show table.
