An effective way to keep projects moving along is to visualize the process \u2014 especially when scheduling a project that involves multiple people and\/or departments. Start by identifying what needs to be done and when. Use these essentials to plot the tasks and activities that ladder up to providing your outputs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next, define the level of detail needed to sketch out\/manage the project. Trim out anything that’s non-essential to feature. Maintain a consistent level of detail throughout your schedule to help everyone understand the project as well as make it easier to update and maintain.<\/span><\/p>\n
